Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear from CairnEcho. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we offer returns within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging).

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return: Please email us at kiranahmed32k@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
